Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: there was no other option offered to us when we went by the dealershipMy mother had just bought a car threw montgomery auto salesThere was no options laid out to us when it came to the voice of a veichleIt has only been hit in rear bumper just causing the rear bumper to be brand newI have a state ment [redacted] declined to see along with photograhs from the credited body shop showing that he sold me a unsafe dangerous truck that illegally passed inspection and the case of the truck being a salvage was misrepresented for us and if [redacted] and montgomery auto sales would be happy to show there records publiclyIt would show the first week of having issues with the front differential and a egr valveI also have a statement from a credited transmission shop that states after them sending me to their mechanic they were just patching things and that in just a months timeIt had already surfaced and came to record that we were lied to and deceived about the real condition of this truckI have had to make these complaints for how hateful they get with us in person and how you treat us and being unwilling to come to some solutionsI am sorry but when you treat your customers like garbage and it's more than We happen to take offensive to that when we thought we would be receiving professionalality but received the complete opposite and have a issue with someone putting me and my family with children in a unsafe vehicleThat's why I've made sure to get supporting paperwork before I've went public with the claims Sincerely, [redacted]

July 6, 2016Ref: Complaint ID [redacted] To Whom It May Concern;In response to this complaint the following is submitted:This vehicle was sold in compliance with all State and Federal law.A Special Agent of the State of Missouri was sent to our office to verify this fact.We also had an independent body person to verify that this truck was not a “death trap”.We did find out the frame was misalign, but not too bad.The actual problem was the water pump broke which made the pulley off center.This created a problem which needed to be fixed.This vehicle will be fixed both the misalignment and the water pump and then resold.There are a few facts that [redacted] failed to tell you Mrs [redacted] called my office only one time on this matter She told me I had two choices; one, trade her out of that vehicle, or two give her the down payment I tried to explain to Mrs [redacted] that I was not the owner of Montgomery Auto Sales and would have to confer with the owners before any decision could be made She told me I was the owner and began to curse me Again I tried to explain I was not the owner I would appreciated her not using that kind of language with me She then began to curse even more She explained she had trashed us on facebook, had contacted the Revdex.com, and was ready to go to the court house She also said that if I did not make my decision right now she would own this business For the third time I tried to explain I was not the owner but she hung up on me.A did call the owner and told him all that had happened.He received a letter a few days later asking to trade the vehicle.The Special Agent of the State of Missouri by this time had been advised and he stopped by our office We explain our side of the story He asked if we would consider giving back her money and of course we said we would But Mrs [redacted] called and told him she wanted to trade and he called me to see if that was ok We really just wanted out of the deal, but said we would trade if that would put an end to this.Mrs [redacted] came to our office, looked at another truck We allow her to test drive the truck and take it to her mechanicWe work out the deal and she is now driving that truck.Respectfully Submitted, [redacted] ***Manager Montgomery Auto Sales
