To Whom It May Concern:We are sorry to hear of Mr*** dissatisfaction as this is was not our intention. We take customer satisfaction as well as our reputation in the community very seriously. Prior to taking delivery of the vehicle, Mr*** had signed documents stating that his

[redacted] from Montgomery Chevrolet called (his number ###-###-####). Said resolved complaint with customer, and refunded him $100.00.  I called customer to confirm, and he said was resolved.

[redacted] for returning my call.  I received an email that my case was closed.  After speaking with [redacted] on November 11, 2014, a check will be issued to me.  As of today, I still have not received the check.  Mr. [redacted] returned my call today with an update and the check was mailed on November 13th, so hopefully I should get the check within the next couple of days.
I did tell Mr. [redacted] I will remove the dispute once I receive the check, please advise, thanks!

To Whom It May Concern:Our General Manager, [redacted] and our Service Manager, [redacted] have both been in contact with Mrs. [redacted].  We are now waiting on Mrs. [redacted] to bring her car in for us to address her concerns.

Im unaware of a purchase order. If whoms name the car title is in, it is in myself ( [redacted] r [redacted]) and [redacted] t [redacted], cosigner. I purched this car off the lot, there was no special order.

We don't have any record of the customer being in our system. I will be happy to review any documentation that the customer has to show that we pulled her credit.   Thanks
