Review: I registered for a summer class online and dropped the class within 5 minutes. I did not have access to the online class since I registered after hours and the class was not active yet on [redacted], therefore, I was not able to gain any access to the course. I now have a bill for $230.oo from the college. I emailed the financial aid department and explained what happened, and the response was that I still owed the billed since I registered "late" for the course and their policy is to charge. I am fighting this bill since I dropped the course within 5 minutes and all of this can be tracked, ex. time of adding the course, time of dropping, etc. I don't think I should have to pay $230 for just clicking a button on my computer.Desired Settlement: Delete bill for $230.00
