Review: My apartment is falling apart. I have told the manager about how my toilet keep running, I have had the maintenance guy up in my apartment 2 times, just to fix the toilet in my bathroom. it has over flowed on me several times, over flowed on my boyfriend several times, and now it won't even flush half of the time. you have to leave it alone, and wait for it to be done doing it's thing, then try and flush it. the maintenance guy told us that we are lucky to be in that one, and not below it because the issue didn't start with us, and that there is now mold growing in the apartment down stairs. I have told them that my washer smell's like mold, and they told me to run bleach in it, and it will go away. well, I ran bleach, and I ran vinegar through it many times, the vinegar work's for a couple of days, but not for very long. then it start's to smell really bad again. they won't come fix the toilet, he only fixes it when I can't get it to stop. and they won't come fix my washer. oh, and my dryer won't dry our clothes, I have the fan on in the laundry room, the door open to the laundry room, and it over heats, and won't dry my clothes. I have started the dryer 3 times before I can get a little load of laundry dry. . . it's a joke, but since we signed a contract, we have no way out of it. but they will not come fix it.Desired Settlement: I want my apartment fixed! I want my toilet to be fixed, and a new washer and dryer, one's that work, and don't stink. . . and they need to fix the mold that's supposedly growing, which I wouldn't dout. I have gotten home at 2 am from working 9 hours, and had 2 inches of water over the top of my bathroom floor. there are babies in the apartment below me. and if they will not fix my apartment, then I want to be moved to a new one, that dosen't have those problems!!!

I do apologize for the issues in your apartment. However, if no one calls the office to write up a work order how do you expect us to know something is wrong. On 3/12/13 I was informed about the washer and I advised how to get rid of the smell. I have had no further contact on this issue so I assume it is fixed. On 5/2/13 I was informed of the toilet overflow and sent maintenance up to run an auger down drain and fixed the problem. Once again I have had no further contact on this issue so I assume problem is fixed. At no time at all has anyone every called the office about a dryer. I can not have things fixed if I do not know about them. As for the issues in the downstairs apartment, they have been taken care of because they have called the office to write up a work order and schedule repairs.
