Review: I had a window replaced winter of 2013 with a one year warranty. I went to their location to have the glass measured. Not part of my complaint, but it sets the tone for this business. I called and they said I could bring in the window and have it measured which I did, but when I got there they told me I had to leave it. I think this should have been stated on the phone. I asked then to wait and left the premises and would come back as soon as they called me which he said would only be an hour or so. So I stayed in town and waited for the call. I didn’t get a call and finally went back to the shop and he said he called me. It was the wrong phone number and [redacted] measured the window himself in five minutes after I left. When they first came to install the window the glass was the wrong size. I had to wait again for a couple of weeks for new glass to come and it was finally installed in the beginning of December I think. In January I noticed that once it was cold out and I cooked in my kitchen the glass they replaced and not the glass that was original to the house adjacent to it had condensation on the interior, not in-between the glass. I emailed [redacted] on the 6th of January with a picture of it. I was told that they would order new glass and would replace it. One week later, no calls, I emailed again asking what was going on. I emailed again a week later after that and no news. I don’t get my calls returned. Finally they said it was too cold to take care of it now and it had to be over 30 degrees to use silicone. I was away this summer and not able to have the glass replaced then so I contacted them in the beginning of October of this year. The said they would take care of it but needed to remeasure the glass because they don’t keep that information. [redacted] asked if I would be home a certain day and I agreed, he said he would call me in the morning to let me know when the guys would be over to measure. I waited all day and no one showed up. I called and called, but no one answered. Finally he said the job in [redacted] took longer than expected and the guys (two of them) phones died and they couldn’t be reached to give them my address. ??? So I think it was the next day that they came to measure. They added a silicone bead to the inside of the window and asked me to see if that helped which it didn't. I showed them the picture of the window issue and they agreed again that it was a problem. I didn’t get a call back from [redacted]. I called many times and before Thanksgiving I was told that they would order the glass and call me when it comes in to install it. In the middle of December I called [redacted] because I have not heard from him. He tells me that he was on vacation for three weeks and would call the glass company today. I am really tired of dealing with this company. I have not heard from them and told them that I was contacting the Revdex.com if I don't get a call back. It has been another two weeks with no call back so I'm taking it to you to see if there is something that can be done.Desired Settlement: I was told that they would replace the window, if they do not wish to replace the window, I would like my money back. I also do not want to be jerked around waiting for phone calls that never happen. I've never worked with a company who disregards their customer like this one. Ever. I've also never been in a situation where I felt intervention was necessary, but I feel that I am not going to get anywhere with them without help.
