I saw this patient while on call at the hospital I do not accept his insurance & he is responsible for the bill He received bill & did not respond Somehow he did receive the collection notice which was sent to the same address Had he responded I would have been happy to work with him on a payment plan or reduced bell as I often do in these sort of cases Instead he chose to call and scream at my staff
