Review: Called [redacted] for an estimate on car repairs. He came and gave the estimate. He picked the vehicle which is a Black 2002 [redacted] up on 10/15/11. I gave him a deposit of $2,000 to begin the work on the vehicle. On 4/14/12 I gave him $1,900 as an additional payment. At this point [redacted] said that he was waiting for parts or didn't answer at all. I have gone to the body shop as well and my vehicle was not there. It has been over 2 years and I have not had any resolution to this matter. I contacted him recently and he is still saying that he is waiting for parts. He is also saying that he doesn't have employees to do the work.Desired Settlement: I would like a refund of my monies in the amount of $3,900 and my vehicle returned to me. If he is unable to return my vehicle I would like the amount value of my vehicle which is a Black 2002 [redacted] returned to me.
