Review: I went to the Shell station to get a state inspection on November 27, 2013. The shell service station misrepresented what services my car would need to pass inspection and furthermore damaged a lug nut on my vehicle. The lug nut was located on the rear wheel of my vehicle. It was stripped and was not placed properly back onto my car. The tire was loose. The Shell station included charges to fix the lug nut in my statement. They attempted to bill me to fix damages that they themselves had caused. I took my car to the [redacted] service station in [redacted], MD who notified me of the damage to my vehicle by the shell station as well as the Shell Service statement claims of trying to get me to purchase unnecessary services on my car to pass Maryland state inspection. I took my car into the [redacted] service center on 12/5/13. I confronted the manager of the Shell station on the same day. He returned with me to [redacted] to discuss the damages to my vehicle. He requested that I not file a police report and that we settle this on "friendly terms". I agreed so long as he paid for the damages and reimbursed me for the false services that they provided. I brought my bill and statement to his station later that day. He was supposed to contact me of which he has failed to do.Desired Settlement: My desired outcome is a refund for the inspection that was not properly done on my vehicle, as well as payment or reimbursement for the damages done to my car that was caused by the Shell Station.
