On August 11,2017, I used attempted to use the air machine at this location to fill my flat tireI swiped my credit card and was charged and the machine did not workI went to the window and spoke with the manager Hassan to see if I could get a refund and was told by him that I could not and that it was not his responsibilityHe told me that He did not have a number to call so I could inquirie about my refund as a phone number is not posted on the machine itselfI was cheated out of my money and am due compensation for my time and lost money
