Review: Monti Moving was my provider of doing the move of my belongings from NY to PR, during the service of pick up from my apartment in New York they left all the 3 door of the front of the house apartment wide open, and with out supervision or surveillance. Someone enter and stole one of the bikes from the lobby of the building, the movers where notify that the bikes in the lobby where part of the moving that we had quoted. They did not give us a credit or payment for the stolen bike. At lease was our bike and not the neighbor. When we call to make the complaint the service that we receive, the person in charge told us that they where not responsible and it was our fault because the bikes where downstairs, where we always put them.Desired Settlement: We will love to have a refund of the cost of the bike so we can buy a new one. We already paid them all the service but they did not wanted to made a refund.

In that complaint we send letters to customers and never respond back to us. Complaint no. [redacted]. Customer send only one bike and deliver get credit for the other bike she never send.

Review: Since the initial quote of services, and upon signing the contract, Monti Moving and Storage assured me that my personal and household items would arrive within 2 to 3 weeks. It has been a month and the company has not delivered my items and has refused to inform me of their exact location by changing their story various times. This move is from New Jersey to Michigan. Explanations vary when I contact them. Personnel have not given me tracking information and I am without basic items such as a bed, kitchenware, or warm clothes. Approximately fourteen calls have been made on my behalf, a claim has been filed with the New York Department of Consumer Affairs and the US Dept. of Transportation Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration. The matter has not yet been resolved. No compensation has been offered and the General Manager has had the audacity to request and additional two weeks for delivery of products. The company has asked for "an additional two weeks and you will be contacted" before but has never done so.Desired Settlement: Completion of the job and billing adjustment to reflect grievances.

Review: On March **, 2015 I signed a contract ([redacted]) with Monti Moving & Storage to ship four small boxes from The Bronx, NY to San Juan. PR. At that time I paid $305.00 which included $50.00 to deliver the boxes from their warehouse in PR to my apartment also in [redacted] April, when I was back in PR I received a call from Monti informing that the boxes had arrived at their warehouse in [redacted] April ** I went to the Monti warehouse and, since I was picking up the boxes myself, I requested them to return the $50.00 I had paid for delivery. I was then informed that should be no problem but that I had to write a letter requesting the refund together with an I.D. which I provided in the form of a photocopy of my driver's licence. I was also told that after receiving the letter they had to submit my request to their Financial Department in The Bronx. The whole process, according to them, should take not longer than three months.

On August **, four months after my initial request, I called Monti's office in PR to inquire about the status of the refund. I spoke with Ms. Denishka D[redacted] ###-###-#### who informed me that the request had been sent to the Bronx Financial Department at the beginning of May. I then told Ms. D[redacted] that I had not received any notification from them. She replied that she was going to refer the case to the Bronx again.

On November *, after waiting for seven months without receiving a reply from the Bronx, I called again Monti's office in PR and was informed by the Supervisor, Ms. Idly R[redacted], that she had no knowledge whatsoever concerning my request and that she was going to submit my request once again to the Bronx Financial Department.

On November ** at 11:15 a.m. I once again called Monti to inquire about the status of the refund. Ms. Denishka D[redacted] answered the call and informed that Ms. R[redacted], her supervisor, had sent the credit claim but had not yet received a reply from the Bronx Financial Department. Ms. D[redacted] recommended that I write another letter. I replied that it seemed unfair to me that after having to wait for seven months I had to write another letter when they had ample knowledge of the situation and that I would submit a complaint with the B.B.B. to resolve the situation.Desired Settlement: At the present time (December **) I have not received either a telephone call, or a positive or negative letter nor a refund. Therefore, based on the above, I consider that Monti Moving & Storage should honor my request for a refund within a short period of time.

I would greatly appreciate your help with the resolution of this matter. Thank you very much.
