Damaged table claim
My dining room table was damaged in the room it's a wooden triangular table one of the corners was crushedI submitted a claim and they are offering $with a description that states table dented on corner - so obviously the could care less the $does not cover someone coming over to estimate how much the it would cost to fix the tableI had two floor fans damaged too but did not include them I thought it was petty to do soUnfortunately I am still making payments on the tableIn order for you to even get the $you have to release, aquit an forever release them from any and all actionsI did no sign such agreement they should be ashamed of themselves mind you I will never do business with them again

I contract Monti Movers to deliver my furniture from Puerto Rico to Orlando, FL On 4/23/Pick up day
On pick up day they arrive and they started to load the truck After that load the truck, MrC*** came to me with the pick up order I ask him about insuring the furniture and he reply that is was not necessary I ask him how was not necessary, he said that if any happens that they will cover it I sign the pick up orders cause it was necessary On delivery day as they was taking out my furniture I notice the damages They guy started to take notes I show him all the furniture with damages and I also notice that I was missing a box full of house items He say that he will let them know a week went by and they said they were going to sent some one out to take an estimated of all the damages Weeks went by and no one never came to the house and I kept calling them They started to ignore all my calls and messages Yesterday I get a letter on the mail stating that t
