hello, as I been throuh the all documents I found out we had only [redacted] suppose to check in on 07/26/2016, this person made a reservation over the phone as well ,and according to our night crew when they arrived they stated the name [redacted] when the original reservation was under [redacted] ,and we told the same thingto the customer they called to complain abt charges,and we were full in house and we held the room for specific person so it impossible to refund money on their mistake of making resrvation under diffrent last name as proof of charge I am attaching a receipt as well [redacted] made resrvation under what name and there is address on it as well.if any more concerns we are ready to help, thank you.monticello inn and suits

WE WERE SOLD OUT THAT NIGHT BUT HAD THE ROOM FOR HIM, HE JUST DID IT UNDER ANOTHER NAME SO THATS THE CONFUSIONITS THE GUEST FAULT NOT SHOWING PROPER NAME FOR RESERVATION.REGARDS*** ***

You are so full of it!  When we spoke directly earlier, you first said that we were a "no show".  We provided [redacted] receipts showing we did indeed show up.  Now you say we made a mistake by making the reservation under a different name?  Why on earth would we do that?  So we wouldn't have a place to stay that night with two small children?  How can you say I made a mistake?  You are just making up excuses not to refund our payment.  You charged us for a service that you didn't provide.  Just give us the refund.

Please add your rejection comments below.I did not use any different name to book the reservation.  I booked the room under the same name as my credit card that I paid with.  I presented an ID with my same name when I attempted to check in.  The hotel manager knows this all to be true.
