I recently moved into a new home that had a pool that was not working properly I hired Montiel Pool Service for a new pool deck, monthly maintenance, and to get the pool back to working form I have never owned a pool prior to this new house so I put my trust in the owner *** to give me a fair price and truly fix what needed to be fixed His team did a wonderful job on the pool deck and that's about where it stops
He overcharged us (after he completed his work I got another quote to do everything he had just done and it was $less!!) With the money we spent you would think our pool would be in working condition, no The pool cleaner was not working at all and he never mentioned it, he cracked a pipe while installing a new joint, he told me he could not fix the spa heater bc 'he was not an electrician' and did not have a solution Before I knew of all these problems I asked him to come out and give me a tutorial of how to turn the spa on, work the waterfall properly (the spa would drain when the waterfall was turned on), etc His response was that he already showed me and that he could come out in weeks weeks!! The new company we hired came out right away and fixed all of the things he overlooked and had the heater back in working condition in one day
