I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
His story was the way it sent except he did not tell me or my son it was not refundable, my son does not remember any signs, the receipt we have just says deposit not nonrefundable deposit, I am sure he could have sold it while I was in Florida it didn't take him long to sell it after I told him I was unable to get a loan Regards, *** ***

Bill *** called and gave verbal; he stated: The Father contacted me via phone and said, "do you have this vehicle still?" " I said yes", and he said "My son is interested in it." My son is going to come down and look at it and if he likes it, I am going to give him money down to hold the truck until
I get back from my trip to FloridaHis son came down, looked at the truck, liked it, and said I will put down $I said okayI asked how long until you are going to purchase? He said my Dad is going to be back on Sunday, Nov He will need to time to get to the bank etc., so we can hold it until November 18thHe agreed and signed the deposit receiptWe waited and heard nothing, on the 18th the Father called and said he can't get the money to purchase the vehicleHe said, " I guess there is no chance I can get my deposit back?" I said "Absolutely not, as I held the vehicle for days and could have sold it multiple times over." I also said to him, if in the next year, you find another vehicle here that you can purchase, I will give you the credit for the $deposit. Our store policy is clearly posted and says all down payments made on a vehicle are non-refundable
