At this point if the complaint is not resolved within days and I do not receive any attempt from them to communicate with me or even get my name/number and personal information I will be consulting with any attorney as well as contacting Channel on your side. I find it very upsetting that the Revdex.com is supposed to be a consumers gateway to getting help with these matters however no one from your office has even attempted to follow up with me to see if the business has held up their end of the agreement
The business is not in compliance with their original agreement- Technically they have agreed to pay my damages due to the verbal/written agreement they have with your company and as of today they have not made good on their end. Which would be grounds for a civil lawsuit… Also you can let them know when or if you contact them that they are in breach of contract and if they are unwilling to take care of this matter that my attorney will be contacting themYou can also let them know that I’m not going to forget about the worth of damages their business caused to my vehicle so if they think they can ignore this and I will go away they are wrong. I’m going to continue to pursue this until they have reimbursed me for the damages
Thanks

Additonally- I have spoken to *** *** at
the *** and he said the tanks at the gas station have not been checked since and they are currently trying to check the underground tanks
After receiving the attached report the tanks were found to have trace amounts of water in the tanks- What the*** advised was that if trace amounts were found it's most likely because the customers had sucked it all up in their gas tanks HIgh levels of ethanol in the tanks will produce water as a by productIf the levels are high then water may certainly be found in it

The last communication I received from the business involved in my complaint  was on 8.29.  The business (Montpelier Food Center) was to reimburse me for damages to my vehicle through their insurance-  As of today Sept 8 there was been no attempt at communication from the business.. I have all my paperwork necessary for them to review in order for them to turn in to their insurance.

Can we please get an time frame in which this will be complete.

Review: I went to Montpelier Food Center on July 31 and purchased 12 gallons of 89 Fuel.. I drove away from the station and the car broke down within 1 mile of the station. It was in the repair shop for 5 days and when I got my car back the repair station they informed me that they had siphoned 8 gallons of water out my gas tank. They let me know that they last station I got gas from would have been responsible for the water in the gas tank. It caused almost 900.00 of damage to the vehicle. I then contacted the department of weights and measurements to have the station inspected.. The office ([redacted]) let me know that multiple claims had been launched against the station in the last week and he went onsite and tested 1 fuel tank and found no water in the tanks. The inspector was extrememely rude when I asked him to recheck the pumps since there had been mutliple claims against the station.. He refused and then began to belittle me and talk down to me insinuating that due to my sex I didn't know enough about cars or "those things".Desired Settlement: I would like to be reimbursed for the intital tank of gas purchased on 7/31. I would also like the damages to my car to be paid. As well as the rental car and Tow Truckused to tow my car. I just don't want them to continue to sell tainted gas and cause this kind of damage to anyone elses vehicle. I belive the tanks are old and are taking in water but the inspector is claiming everything is fine which is clearly not ok.

At this point if the complaint is not resolved within 14 days and I do not receive any attempt from them to communicate with me or even get my name/number and personal information I will be consulting with any attorney as well as contacting Channel 12 on your side.
