On 8-31-when they were tag teaming and harassing me into this car, I had asked them if there was a different car I could seeThe man ( special finance person) walked away for a minute and then gave me some rigamaroe that made no sense to me, and they continued about THIS carAs stated before, I told them I didn't like the car nor did I want the car, but it didn't slow them downSo I wanted to see a different car THEN and was refused that optionI took the car back days later and the ONLY option I was given was a more expensive carI told them I couldn't afford itI tried to get this straightened out thenThey didn't give me any choice but a more expensive car and higher paymentI would already be struggling as it wasI am not driving that car nor will IIt makes me physically ill and so scared of getting hurtI can't see because of all the blind spots there areI have involved the Attorney General in this matter now as they do not seem interested in making this situation rightAs far as the $(they also were charging me for) they can get that back from the sale of the Kia they pretty well took from meThey had me so upset and confused by then I really didn't rea***e what was happening to meAlso, the PCM is bad in this car and it could quit at any timeI truly believe that they knew this because they mentioned that the check engine light was coming on and they just pushed so hard to get rid of this carIf you are told that the person didn't like or want the car, wouldn't you show the person a different car then to keep them happy? But no, they WOULDN'T do it then, but now they want toSorry, but noI wouldn't take any car from these peopleI do not trust themAll I want them to do is get this car out of my sight and they can re-sell it to some other poor person, and they will have their moneyAs EXTREAMLY high pressure as they are they will have no trouble in selling itNo one should be made to feel sick at their stomach and about pass out over a car, but that is exactly what happened to meThat is how much pressure was put on me, by not one, but different peopleAnd the I was pretty much called a liar and was told that it never happenedI am not a liarI have presented the facts as it happened

business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.It is obvious that Montrose has no interest in trying to resolve this matter.  I feel I gave them plenty of chances to correct the problem. If 6 or more chances and 1 1/2 years is not enough time to fix a brake problem than I don't know what is.  I could take the car back untold times but if they do not do the work properly no matter how many times they replace the parts I would have continued to have the problem.  The pins and slides were not cleaned and lubed which caused the pads to stick and become sloped and caused the noise.   I even sent them an e-mail before contacting the Revdex.com to try to give them an opportunity to resolve the issue.   I never received a response! However, I thank the Revdex.com for their time and effort to resolve this matter.  I hope this reflects on their rating!  It clearly shows me the lack of integrity of this business. I have the receipts that prove the work was not done properly, when I took the car to a GMC garage when I was told by service manager Bob that it was not the brakes.  If the Revdex.com is interested in reviewing it please let me know.  In the spirit of cooperation, if Montrose refunds the 166.00 I had to pay to have the brakes redone I will consider the complaint resolved.  That is my final offer.Regards,[redacted]

Hi [redacted]     does she want a less expensive car ?  is she willing to  return the 1800.00  ?  is the check engine light still coming on ?

I offered to  allow her exchange  the  vehicle , I offered to   repair  the check engine light,   we sold her [redacted]  for  600.00 .  and she wants to return the  vehicle  and keep the  $ 1800.00.  there is nothing more I can  do for her .

The vehicle was not a Rental vehicle it was a personal lease vehicle, see page 2 of the Car-Fax

purchased has full coverage until 9/10/2017 if he wishes to cancel that we will refund 2595.00 and he will have the CERTIFIED WARRANTY attached.
We gave him 8140.00 for his 1996 Chevy van and it is listed on the internet for 8998.00 and we put 976.00 in reconditioning costs in it see internet ad.
His finance rate was 5.74 % and the total finance charge for 5090.00 I am not sure what his attached finance quote is for but that is a good used car rate.
The ad he attached is for a new vehicle with a lot less equipment but if he wanted a new car there were 250 new ones there the day he was there .the rewards card he purchased has a 48 hour exchange feature.
6)He can cancel 499.00 for tire and wheel coverage, and the additional warranty for 2595.00 but those funds will go directly to the bank to reduce the principal .
