I am rejecting this response because:This is simply not trueAccording to Kelly blue book, the vehicle is work less than $20,000, and while it is true that I had negative equity, it was only $Basic math shows the total is still not $29,Now that this dealership provided falls information, it proves their lack of professionalism and poor serviceMultiple financial institutions sent correspondence that the requested loan amount was far more than the value of the car

MazdaUSA scheduled the meeting for a day I could not be there (in another state)That there was a second scheduled meeting is news to me, I was never informed that a meeting was planned, nor did I plan a meeting with maazdausa repI did however talk to the rep on the phone, and he said the dealer agreed to work with meDealer's soulution was to give me a new car and roll negative equity onto new car, after calling me a liarThe initial repair was just a coat of wax good enough to cover up the issue for several daysCar looked just as bad after several days

I was contacted by MrAlex Cfrom the dealershipWe have reached a satisfactory resolution to this matter

The refund was sent out on 4-7-and we discovered the their did not clear so we stopped payment on it we reissued the check on 4-20-and she wanted to pick it up and did not we sent it o\ overnight today

They never gave me the chance to buy it for that price of $11,910. They told me it need a battery and it will take a week. So I called and ask if it was done , they said no we pulled it off the lot because it need a rim and it be a few weeks to get it in. They never once told me it will go up in price or gave me the opportunity to buy it before it need to be fixed. If they did I would of got it. When they told me it was done , I say I be right up, which they knew I was coming and never told me it raised . I would not drove 3 hours in my Jeep to get it if I knew it was $13,900. .

I am rejecting this response because:I did go into the dealership on a total of 3 occasions, but I never even filled out the credit application. The application was never given to me nor did I fill anything out. If the application was completed, it was forged by the business.

his check is I n the mail today  the refund is 660.10

There is no basis for the claim of the 19,000.00 car it was a new Mazda 6 with a MSRP of over 27,000.00  then tax and title fees .   he had negative equity on his trade in . he was approved  foe 400.00 per month but wanted 250.00 per month .

Basic math shows the total is still not  $29,500. Now that this dealership provided falls information, it proves their lack of professionalism and poor service. Multiple financial institutions sent correspondence that the requested loan amount was far more than the value of the car

The customer was in the dealership 3 times and  on one of the visits he filled out a credit application . He asked for a payment  that would require a bank call , We did not notice that he did not sign it .
