Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: when monty hale auto sale repod my car the day before they got the car I had cleaned the car out so there was no fast food wrappers or trash and my items where in the trunk wrapped up in a big expensive blanket which was very special to me and expensive tools, a expensive king size air mattress and pump, along with car accessories.....as to ther comment about me being upset about a mark on my credit is accusation....if your car was stolen and had expensive items in it you would be upset if a police officer said and argued that your items was never in the carso as to them replacing my items yes they should pay the $im asking to replace most of my items due to thier receptionist the young woman who simply told me that my item was thrown away over the phone on march 17th Regards, [redacted]

Ref: CASE#*** ***Ms.*** did have an issue with her vichicle, don't know anything about a bumper, but we had her bring it in and we repaired it at no charge and gave her a loaner vehicle (no charge) but the only loaner vehicles we had at the time were in line for small repairs
so because they had no serious issues we put her in oneSo don't know why she had to miss work.She later spoke with us about not being able to pay her rent and her car payment so we let her pay late on two deferd payments even though everyone, including her, signs a form saying not a day late or a dollar short on deferred paymentsShe payed those two later but did not pay the third deferred when it came dueThe only reason the loaner was shut down is because she again, did not pay her third deferred paymentShe left us no choice but to repossess itShe of course will not be getting any refunds. I am rejecting this response because: I had to miss work on the first occasion because they are closed Wednesdays and I had to miss work Thursday to bring the car in. I asked Monday if I could bring in the 4th payment and he rudely hung up in my face. I been in and out the hospital from stress behind a unreliable car that put me in danger.
