Staff is dismissive and not respectful. Some staff seem ignorant and I have had to coordinate care and take orders from an outside physician as the ER staff shrugged their shoulders, multiple doctors too busy to take time to provide care. One dr told me he wasn't going to check green oozing concern and to contact urologist myself. CNAS and nurses walking away from doing enema that was necessary. HIPAA violations and bullying among staff was witnessed. Time for a huge change for this place.

went to the ER again for my daughter having pseudo seizures and the Nurse said to her mind you she is 14 that she needs to knock it off and stop acting like that. He blamed her for the whole ordeal when we have seen several neurologists since mid February and they say she is absolitely not faking it have to take her back to Mayo clinic now. Avoid this hospital at all costs drive somewhere else if possible. They do not care about the people at this hospital. This is probably the worst hospital in a 10-20 state area.

Went Regional health ER with balance and vision disturbance issues, was seen by an ER doctor who was very nice but suggested that I see the neurologist on call as my symptoms warranted it.I did not have a headache and told them so. After over 2 hours of waiting for the on call neurologist, I wanted to see the Dr I had originally seen.I had been asking nurses and staff to let me know if the neurologist was very busy and if so maybe we can figure something out if she could not get to me.Each time I was told they would check and be right back only to disappear and not return. Finally the ER doctor came back in and said that the neurologist was in the hospital and no longer in the ER.I do understand that serious, unexpected emergencies occur, but I had been asking for info for hours with no response,so I left as it was not known if and when the neuro would see me.I could have been sitting there all day without ever seeing her. Then I come home and find that my record says that I was in for a headache, which I was not and diagnosed with a migraine which I was not, The ER doc did not diagnose me with anything since I did not see the neuro. but just put it there because he did not know what else to put in.He admitted that he really did not know what was wrong with me so how did he diagnose me at all! I call the ER who said that they do not help with that and did not put the wrong info in the chart, and sent me to My Chart only to find out that this was a lie. The only way I will go back to this ER is on a stretcher,no wonder they have such a low rating nation wide.

We have been making a monthly payment of *** and they sent us to collections.
We were making a monthly payment of ***. They claim to have sent us one letter in *** telling us that we needed to set up a "formal payment agreement". We did not receive that letter and continued to make payments. We are on their computer site multiple times a month, and there was not a message in that system at all. We are now at *** accnt number ***. Regional health accnt number ends in ***.

Desired Outcome

We would like their billing process to be explained on the bill so that people know that they only have three billing cycles before the bill can go to collections. We would also like the letter regarding collection attempts to be uploaded to their mychart accounts. That way if the letter does not get into the appropriate mail box people will know that there is an issue prior to receiving notice from a collection agency.
