I purchased a saxophone from this story with a warranty From the beginning we had nothing but problems with the saxophone We returned it multiple times to Monument Music, only to have them tell us it was user error We continued to pursue a refund because the saxophone was defective months later the company that supplied the saxophone went out of business We continued to ask for a refund at which that point Monument music stated it had to be looked at by an outside source to be listed as defective in order to get a refund The outside source found a piece of the saxophone that was defective, however Monument Music continued to refuse to give us our money back rather fixed the saxophone without our consent and forced us to take the saxophone This is a terrible business with terrible customer service I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THIS STORE AGAIN!!!!!!!!
