Company responded via phone as follows. The consumer has moved into the home All of the repair issues have been addressed and the consumer has received a credit

Good eveningMs*** has been a resident with us since December of In April of Ms*** fell behind in her rentShe requested that we work with her while she got back to workThe homeowner graciously allowed the tenant some time to catch up on her rentMs*** agreed to a
payment plan but did not adhere toWe had to contact Ms*** on several occasions to inquire when she would pay rentShe continuously said she would pay a certain amount on a certain date and she never paid on timeIn September of Ms*** stated that she wanted to renew her lease and was instructed that she must bring her balance current before signing a new leaseAt this tiime she was two months behind in rent and was given a day notice.Ms*** submitted her first work order request on 10/25/The requests she submitted have been approved and they are being worked on currentlyAs of today Ms*** has made efforts to bring her account current.If there is any additional information that is needed please feel free to contact us at ***.Thank you,Ms***
