I rented a storage unit from Monument Storage in April, For the following months, I always paid my rent on time, if not earlyI had a motorcycle in the storage unitWhen I rented the unit I asked the office person, if I could park my vehicle, while I rode my bikeShe said yes, just park in the Customer Parking areaI parked in front of her office window nearly every weekend for over months and occasionally spoke with herIn l parked my truck in front of her window, as always and went to StLouis, MO, where I was delayed, due the shootingThe owner of the company had my vehicle towed from it's spot right next to the customer parking sign on the 8th dayI returned on the 9th dayThought the tow was only miles away, the bill was $The office person knew who I was, she knew it was my truck and the owner had it towed anywayI spoke to him and he refused to come to an agreement, though I offered to pay halfThere is no verbiage in the rental agreement which states that a vehicle is limited to a certain number of daysHe had my truck towed for wicked and mean spirited reasonsI would never recommend this business to anyone
