I have reviewed the offer and/or response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.None of those details were explained to me when I called the store, I told him I didn't have the box with me and the employees response was "Bring them by and we'll see what we can do"all I want is a quality product, the customer service provided wasn't good he also seemed impatient I guess it was I called twice.. the shoes are still at my home in the box Brand new
