Review: My debit card was recently charged 45.70 from this websites pop up. I was not even ordering this product and was charged a 6.99$ fee to ship this to my address. I called the companies "customer service" and no one would speak with me it was an automated voice that lead me to cancel this shipment that I did not want in the first place and was further charged 38.71$ to cancel what it said was my subscription and I didn't even subscribe. After this I tried to email and call the customer service and they would not reply. Summed up they cleared my debit card of every penny they could take.Desired Settlement: I would like my 45.70$ put back on my debit card.

Review: This company is a fraud. My mother is an elderly woman and keeps getting bottles of things she never ordered in the mail. She called company and returned everything and they continue to charge her without her authorization. I called the company myself and they promised refunds in full if she returned everything. They refunded half. I called back today and they said they would not be refunding any more. This is my first step in the process. My mother didn't authorize any of this. We're going to the bank to file credit card fraud against this company. I'm contacting my attorney, and I'll be writing a letter to the state Attorney General. I don't know how they got my mothers credit card number, possibly hacked into her information but we will get to the bottom of this. Thank you for your time.Desired Settlement: Full refund of $354 which was taken and PROMISED by their customer service. I have all 3 calls recorded, which I'm handing over to my attorney.

Review: I ordered garcinia cambogia off an internet that read FREE item with paid shipping which I agreed to pay. I was not aware that I would receive it on the 13th day at my home and it had to be returned by the 14th day to get a FULL credit. I spoke to Jorge' who barely speaks English and he told me I could only get 13.00 refunded. I want my full $89.00!!!!!!!! It is very misleading that you are going to be sent a 14 day trial but you are sent a 30 day and they make sure its not delivered until it is too late to return!!!!!!!!!!!Desired Settlement: I want the FULL $89 refunded!!! and I want this business banned! They are taking vulnerable people and conning them!!!!!

Review: I purchased a trial offer of Green Coffee Pure and Garcinia Cambogia Pure from this company online for shipping charges only is what the add said. On my bank statement there are several charges from this company. The first charge is for $4.95 which was the shipping charge for the Garcinia Cambogia on 5/19/15. The second charge was for $5.95 which was the shipping charge for the Green Coffee Pure on 5/20/15. The third charge was for $88.00 the name on this charge said LAWRENCEKETONE with a series of numbers after the name then CA, that wan on 6/3/15. The fourth charge was for $89.00, the name on this charge was EGL*EGLINTONKEYTON with series of numbers after the name and then CA, that was on 6/3/15. I have the packing list that was in the box with the product when I received it and there was a phone number [redacted] or [redacted]. The company name on the packing list was Pure Diet Products. I called the first phone number and explained to the lady what had happened and she said that I had not called to cancel within the 14 days and that these charges were the price of the auto ship program. I told her that I did not sign up for an auto ship program, and that no where when I ordered did it say that I needed to cancel anything and that the only piece of paper in the box was the packing list and that it also did not say that I would need to cancel anything. She put me on hold and never returned. I left that phone on hold and called from another phone line and spoke with a second lady that said she was sorry about the first rep that I spoke with and that she would help me. She then proceeded to tell me the same thing. I asked to speak with her supervisor and she said that due to the large volume of calls that they were receiving there was not a supervisor available. I asked for her name and she gave it to me, I asked her to spell it and she said "Athena" using a word starting with each letter to identify it properly. I then asked for her supervisor again and she said that they were not available. I asked for the supervisors name and she put me on hold and never came back to the phone. I called a third time and an automated operator informed me that my subscription had been canceled. I pressed 0 for an associate anyway but never got past hold, after 20 minutes the call was terminated on their end. I called a fourth time with much the same results.Desired Settlement: I received the product that I ordered and am willing to pay the charges of $4.95 and $5.95. The charges of $88.00 and $89.00 were not approved by me. nor did I sign up for any such auto ship order. I want those amounts refunded the total amount being $177.00 that needs to be returned to my account.

Review: The company offered a free trial "only pay for shipping". Terms and conditions stated that every month I was to be billed $90 for pills that are worth about $5-$10. I canceled the charge immediately and received a cancellation email notification. They charged me $90 despite my canceling.Desired Settlement: Ideally I would like for this scamming company and is shady practices to no longer exist but I will settle for getting my money back.
