RevDex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below. After the last time I tried to contact you on September 25, 2015, I registered my son in a new TKD School and It was a big surprise to know that my son is not registered as a black belt after two years that he passed the test in your school. The USA TKD Federation doesn't have him registered and the new school showed me a real certificate and both of them say that it takes no more than 3 months. As you remember you have been saying that the certificates aren't ready because they take long time. When you said that I thought the paper certificate but not the registration. If nobody else have a claim is because they don't know that their children aren't registered as a black belt, but as I wasn't, they are not happy on the way you are teaching the children. (I want to make this as a confidential situation and I don't want include other parents)As you remember I tried to talk with you regarding my son's progress in two times, the first time your son [redacted] replied me that my son would cry if you forced him. That answer sounded more like threat than to try to help, the second time in a polite way I asked you why did you cancel my son's presentation in the incoming competition? and your daughter Ashley replied that young kids don't memorize what they have to do, I told her that its part of your job to try to help them to memorize (basically when my son is a black belt, third level and have been with you for more than 5 years) but she was yelling me in front of other parents and she said that I have not to tell you how to manage your business. Unfortunately I can't talk to you Mr. ***, because you don't speak or you don't want to speak English.Please register my son as a Black Belt and give me his certificate as soon as possible or $740.00 US to get a real certification. I am also asking the amount of $3,255.00 US as a refund for the 7 years agreement that I signed on September/16/2013. that amount include 3 tests that you did to my son as a Black Belt Level 1, 2, 3 and the last payment I did for the competition for $75.00. I have proof of all this payments I did to you! Regards, [redacted] ***

I am sorry to hear that you were unhappy with our black belt certificate distribution which you never complained or asked me about.For those students who leave after their Black Belt testing, we are sending their Certificates in mailAlso, I don't think we did any wrong because no
one ever complained anything about certificateIf you have any problem with us, you could come and talk to meif you are that confident, why don't you come and talk to me not online?

Our school is official member of USA Taekwondo, World Taekwondo Federation, And KukkiwonCurrently, Kukkiwon is only taekwondo association where they certify black beltsKukkiwon is currently in progress of making your child's black belt certificationI don't know how $came out because Black Belt Certificate is usually not over $However, We'll mail your Black Belt Certificate whenever we get it from KoreaAlso, for contract, I am pretty sure you have the copy of contract that you signedyou can read thatThank you!
