On February 6, 2014, *** *** of *** *** came into our shop requesting that a vise set be machined to his instructionsThe shop manager, *** ***, received the instructions from Mr***, who requested
that one-millimeter be taken off both sides of the viseWe marked where the vise needed to be cut so that our machinist would be able to know exactly where he needed to cutThe machinist then proceeded to cut off the one millimeter on both sides as Mr*** had requestedPayment was made and our sales order was signedHe left the item as he knew the size he instructed us to machine was wrong
One February 7, 2014, Mr*** came back into our shop with a gold jewelry band that we could take measurements fromAfter measuring the band, our machinist and our owner had determined that additional millimeters needed to be taken off from the vise on both sidesAfter the ADDITIONAL work was completed, Mr*** came into our shop to pick up his itemAt this time, we charged Mr*** for the ADDITIONAL work that was doneMr*** then became irate and refused to payIf payment is not made, customer may not be able to take their partsPayment needed to be made for services rendered
The first time Mr*** came in, we did as we were instructedWe took off one millimeter from both sides of the viceThe second time, a band was given to us so we can make accurate measurementsThis time, it was decided that another millimeters be taken off from both sidesSo in the end, millimeters were taken off from both sidesThis is obviously way more than the initial instructions that were given to us by Mr***
After years of business, we have always strived to ensure that our customers are always satisfiedIf Moo's Machine Works makes a mistake, we definitely take care of the mistake and correct it at no cost to the customerIn Mr***'s case, we did exactly as we were instructed toHe continues to slander our company on various websites, along with sending threatening emails to our business email account
Had Mr*** knew exactly how much millimeters total to cut off on the two vices, we would not be in this situationAt this time, Moo's Machine Works will not be refunding Mr***

When someone who was competent at Moo's helped, someone intelligent who understood what needed to be done, the job was done correctlyI should not be charged for ***'s incompetence
