So here is a really interesting thing that happened to me with this companyI ordered a coat that was on sale and when it arrived I realized it wasn't a good look for me once I tried it onSo I returned it back to the company on 12/and haven't heard ANYTHING from them, and KNOW that they received the coat which was signed for by LIZAI never saw the return charge to my accountSo I started calling and realized that there was no more customer service dept., now you are calling a store in CaliforniaI called and explained that I never received my money back to my accountI was told they would research it and get back to me by end of day on MondayRaphael DID call me back but with news that wasn't what I wanted to hearI was told because the item was on sale I would NOT be getting back my money, I would be getting a store credit!
