Review: We used this company to install carpet in our previous house. Since he did a good job, we had him come to our new house that was being built. He did the measurements for the house for hardwood and also for carpeting. He told the builder he needed a check instead of the amount being charged to a credit card and so the builder paid part and we paid the other part with a check and we never got any flooring. He told us the IRS locked down his accounts, that our carpet he ordered was ruined by a leaky shed and that his wife died and that he was at a total loss. He said he would make it right and never has. He took our money and our builders and has never delivered any product. We have since gotten the flooring and carpet through other means and paid for all of it. We would like our money back.Desired Settlement: We would like our money back and the money due back to the builder. It all has been taken out of the money alloted to build our house. We have paid for many other things out of pocket since the builder lost that money.
