Good Afternoon. I wanted to follow up on what is going on with *** ***He has sent me a E-Mail with addresses to buy the part he would like replaced The other part is on order with *** I asked *** to come by so My Manger ( *** *** ) and myself
( *** *** ) could go over all issues with him He called me to let me know he is busy at this point and will be by at some point I let him know we would get the parts here and call him . Thank you ,*** *** * ***

I have reviewed the response submitted by the business and have determined that the response does not satisfy or resolve my issues and/or concerns in reference to complaint # ***Well the response is somewhat correctI spoke with *** *** and clearly explained I am looking for the parts to be replaced that were on the original estimate and which Moody's said needed replacement*** *** said he would order the parts immediately and noted he could not find the side trim panelI had a second and went online and found several which I emailed over*** *** quickly replied that the missing trim piece was orderedThere is no reason for me to travel all the way down to south portland as we seem to clearly understand each other and more clearly as was written on the estimate for the work to be done. I have to say the ** *** response was one of the swiftest I have ever seenI was very appreciative of his concern and I am sure when *** *** calls to let me know it is time to bring the car over the scope of work originally anticipated will be completed and look fantastic
