I had some excavation work done in Jan 2017. I had water come up by the foundation. The gas company noticed the water bubbling up and contacted the water company. The water company shut the water off and stated it needed to be fixed because it was a hazard. I hired Drain Masters to tear up my landscaping. The roots of a large tree wrapped around a water pipe and caused the issues. I asked this company about taking the tree down. I paid to have the tree completely removed, along with the stump. He failed to take out the stump. 4 plants and a blue spruce were also damaged by this company. He stated if the blue spruce did not grow back, he would replace it and also replace the 4 plants. He stated to wait until next spring to plant and would also take the stump out at that time. I called in April and was told that I am next on the list. We went through April and May without hearing from the business. I called and called with no response. Finally, I was able to get through on a phone call and he stated his phone fell off of the mower and was having communication problems. I haven't heard from the business in over a month. I have been hung up on and the company does not want to resolve any of the issues.
I have gone above and beyond to address the consumer concerns, We did damage one of the bushes, good faith effort we did agree to replace the bush then she stated 3 needed to be replaced so again as good faith I did order the three bushes, however due to this being a very busy season and we are at the peak time of year, therefore we are not able to meet the scheduling demands she has put on my company. She then threatened to sue me . I am more than happy to address these concerns on our scheduling terms providing she signs an agreement to not take any action against my company. I have never had a complaint and will not put off my other consumers to meet these demands.

I am rejecting this response because:
I was supposed to be at the top of the list at the beginning of this season. I have been dealing with these issues for over a year. The stump has yet to be removed. The issues should have been addressed by now. I do not trust this man's work and I am afraid he will damage more items. I prefer to be paid ($750) for the damages, and also for the stump removal service that has not been completed. I wish to find a new business and to be done with this one. He has a had complaint against him via the Revdex.com. Mine is the 2nd complaint.

We hired this company to remove the leaves in our yard, during this removal they hit the side of our house with their equipment and broke our siding. I have called and left message for them about the damage and no one has contacted us back.
To my knowledge I responded to this complaint by phone several years ago, I am not sure why it did not get logged. This consumer claimed our company caused damage to her home, and upon an inspection of the area , we did not feel this damage was caused by our company. We are a fully insured company that values each and every consumer, however we could not cover or be held liable for damages we did not cause.
