Review: On March 2013,I bought a voucher from [redacted] for house cleaning services with Moon Maids. They said that first available date was April 1, 2013 at 9am. I agreed and took the day off work, so I could be here. they never showed up. After three phone calls to the company at around 10am a lady called me to let me know that nobody was available to come and clean my house. I explained to the person, that I had taken the day off work and that they should have called my early in the day. She said I could either call [redacted] for a refund or schedule another appointment with them. I opted for the later. So, the next available day was April 15, 2013, at 9am. I explained that this time my husband was going to take off in order to be at home. The woman assured me that she would send a cleaning lady. On April 12, I called to confirm that a cleaning person would come on April 15 at 9am. They said YES. Nobody came to clean and my husband took the day off. This company is unreliable and the people very rude. [redacted] doesn't want to give a refund and I don't know what to do. How can I have the Moon maids agency honor my voucher?Desired Settlement: I would like somebody come and clean my house ASAP.

To whom it may concern,We missed one appointment because our maid had a car accident. We apologized to our client and told her we would get someone else out or wewould authorize a full refund from the company she purchased the deal from. The client called several times after that and had other people call the officestarting at 6:00am until late in the evening. We did our best to satisfy our client.The office manager explained again she would have to get the refund from them.She has since then received a refund from the company she purchased.the deal from.Kind Regards,[redacted]
