Review: I called Moon Plumbing requesting that they come and fix the drain stopper in the sink and tub. An employee came and while he was here I asked if he would also unscrew the shower head and put on the original shower head. The employee did not fix the tub drain stopper. He said that I could go to home depot and buy an manual one. He said to fix the stopper the proper way, it would cost me over $700. I asked why it would cost so much and he said that they would have to go to the back of the tub and cut and replace pipes. A couple of weeks passed, and I looked up on internet how to fix the stopper in the tub. I went to Home Depot bought a Triplever Linkage Assembly and fixed the tub myself for about $6. I called asking for management to call me back. They never did. They charged me $140 for a doing half the job, then tried to have me agree to a $700 job that only would cost them $6 and five minutes.Desired Settlement: Since they only did half of the job and tried to obtain additional unnecessary work of considerable cost, I would like half of the $140 refunded and an apology.
