We recently received a service call from this business to repair the frozen water dispenser in our GE refrigeratorWhen we made the appointment, we received confirmation via email from the business owner for our request, specifically, asking that they install a new water dispenser heater to keep the water dispenser in the door from freezing upWe also called them two days before the service date to confirm the appointmentThe dispatcher indicated that our request was already noted in their systemHowever, when the technician arrived at our home, he said a) no one at the office had told him about our request and that b) they never bring parts on the truck anyway, such that a second visit would be necessary in order to get the part replacedIn addition, the service window we were promised was 11am-2pmThe technician called at 2pm, said he was running late and asked if 4-7pm would be acceptableOne of the worst service call experiences we have had as a homeowner in the past years
