Moon Valley Nursey

Design was awful, not at all what we told the sales person we wanted.Chriss told us he was the top designer at Moon Valley. We told him what we wanted and he looked at pictures of our home and where we wanted to do the landscaping. We were told he would oversee everything. That was a lie. Service was terrible. No follow up. Installers have no guidance as to where to place the plants. When we asked to speak to a supervisor, she was rude and just as unresponsive as her salesman. The first time they came to deliver and install they were short 45 plants. We were told the balance would be here in a week. We were told the plants came in about 2 weeks later and then we were told they couldn't deliver and install for another month. In the meantime, we had already paid for them through their finance program. When they finally came to install the remaining plants, another installer came and knew less than the first as to where the plants, and again they were still missing 10 plants. We were told by that installer he would be back the next day to finish. He didn't, show up when he said and we had to call and a third group of installers came out. I would never go back. I felt like it was bait and switch.

My boss came to this location to browse around and was told that he wasted a reps time because the rep followed him around for 2 hours and told him he already tagged some trees so the purchase needed to be made. My boss does not comprehend English very well and was bullied in to signing a sales paper. When I contacted the business the representative was very rude and told me that their staff is allowed to speak to customer in that manner because they are paid by commission. She then proceeded to speak to me in an unprofessional manner and tried to tell me I was being rude. Her attitude became clear once she seen the amount of the purchase.
