The reason why L&S Roofing and Construction hasn't been out there is due to weather permitting, all the rain, we cannot tear a roof off when it rains every other day. I explained to the homeowner that we would be out sometime this week to complete him. I told him after Wednesday, it's 90% chance...
of rain. I told him after Wednesday we would be out, and I also told him we are finishing up a job and we would be out after we finish it up. When he signed my contract it was late August and I told him I was two months out before we could start his roof, and then we run into winter time and it was too cold the shingles would not seal. And both of us agreed to wait until spring to come out to install the roof, so the shingles would seal.
