Review: I signed a contract with Moon Works on September 2, 2015 to install a gutter helmet on the gutter of my home. At that time I gave them a personal check for $462 for the deposit, which is 50% of the estimate of $924. I then decided to cancel the contract. The contract states I had 3 business days to exercise my right to cancel. I sent the cancellation form in the mail the very next day, on September 3rd. The contract states that the business will refund my deposit within 10 business days.

After not receiving my refund I followed up on 9/25 with a phone call. I was told by the secretary that my deposit would be sent at the end of the month.

I have not received my deposit, and since then have called 3 more times, as outlined below.

10/2 - I called again. Was told the same as previous call.

10/5 - I called yet again. I was told that the manager was not available. I was told that the manager's name is Wayne B[redacted].

10/6 - I called again. The secretary said that she would send the manager an email.

I seem to be getting the 'runaround' with this company, and am concerned that will not refund my deposit.Desired Settlement: Refund of $462 deposit.

On Tuesday November3rd we cancelled our plans and asked that the card be credited for the down payment. As of this writing (November 30, 2015) we have not been credited the amount of over $2000 dollars.
We made repeated calls, and we were given several different stories.
UNDER NO circumstances would I EVER do business with this company. As a matter of fact we intend on contacting the Attorney a Generals office.
