Review: On September [redacted] of 2013 was the day my bathroom was remodeled. I am very unhappy with the results. The tiles on the floors are cracking. My request for a bench in the bathroom was ignored. I was given a cheap door that is weak on the hinge. There was residue of caulk and grout of the walls left behind. The tiles in the shower floor is loosening. While work was being done on the bathroom upstairs, a pipe on the second floor busted which I had to pay extra money to fix. Overall, the job was done sloppy and now I am paying extra money to fix it.Desired Settlement: I want the bathroom fixed and a bench placed in the stand in shower like I asked.
