I am a Canadian citizen who was given a quote of plus shipping - When I checked my bank statement I was charged 320.00, as the company converted the price to USD afterwards The UPS fee was at the door The product ended up costing The return policy is replacement only, leaving me handcuffed, as I don't want to pay any more shipping fees I haven't used the product yet, but I certainly hope it is made of quality materials as advertised I ordered the product in BLUE and it came in RED I am unsatisfied with this transaction
I tried calling an order in to this company. The man was very rude and hollered a lot at me. So, we attempted to place our order online. It is virtually impossible to do so. So I called back a second time. From the beginning he was hollering at me that he could not hear me and as I tried to get louder, he just kept talking over me. Finally hanging up on me. So I emailed him. Below is a copy of that email. First, you were very rude to me on the phone. Second, I do not appreciate being hung up on and third, if it were up to only me I would take our business elsewhere. I did try ordering this product on your website, unfortunately it is about as friendly as you were on the phone. It would not accept my pricing format or item descriptions. We would like to order...
