This order was shipped the very next dayLooking up the tracking number ***, I can
see the post office lost the package and then it just appeared in *** ***Then was delivered on September 1.So this means the post office lost it this whole timeAll of our shipments originate from *** ***, Not *** isno way near *** **We have not received any emails nor callsThe post office is updating there facilities in to one and this probably got caught up in it.
Mean while it shows package delivered We do apologize for any inconvenienceOnce the post office gets we are at their mercy
Any disp**es from a bank are immediately dealt with as are lost packagesMaybe got caught up in a spam filter?
Meanwhile, we will file a dispute with *** for the shipping and will refund her shipping as it was priorityThis should have taken 1-business daysFirst class guarantee's it for days and this was clearly days for prioritySo her shipping cost will be refunded on our end ASAPBest Regards,

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me

I placed an order for haircolor on September 26, on September 29, I received an email that my order was shipped as of today October 21, I have not received my order I have made several phone calls and left voicemails I have sent several emails and I have not received any return response I have tracked my package which says it is in Texas I have contacted *** and they have not been able to find my order

To this date we do not have one email from Joe, The only email record we have is the one from his purchase in July The recording he was hearing for inventory was a recording we used when we did inventory and was on a back lineWe have received messages each day from other customers.We
also have a forum that is updated daily ( not including weekends) people reach us on We do run a no questions ask program, but do have guidelines to follow : *** , which leads to here: *** and we issue an RMAI do not see any RMA's issued for *** .
It might have been possible he was trying to contact us while we we moving our facility, however the emails would remain intact and we just do not see them.
Regardless we will issue a refund ASAP.

Its disheartening how this company which mentions they were
in inventory then added they were also moving. Yet they lightly accuse me that I did
not try to contact them and my e-mails would have been saved, yet all this inventory and moving was going with there company, instead mentioning that we may have over looked or deleted
your e-mails because we were so busy moving..  I tried their phone number again and hear they
changed it probably because I did bring this to their attention that they
forgot.. There recorded message about inventory WAS the only message mentioned was after what was listened to for dates. 
I would have respected if they were truthful and seeing that
my cause to start a complaint with the Revdex.com was because of their neglect while
moving.. Instead they decided to turn to playing the he said she said issue.. 
In any case there response does not sound like an apology. I
been using a henna product for some time and I DO as a consumer like to write reviews
when I have the opportunity to do so especially about on-line stores.  I will have the opportunity to do so very
soon because I have searched and found a place where I can rate this company. Kudos
for me.
At this time I do-not see a refund coming my way.. For the
hassle since I purchased their product, YES there should be NO Questions asked.
The dollar amount is not much but I always found it is the principle
of how a company treats me with customer service whether my purchase is $9.99
or $100.00.
I think it’s important for other consumers to know about my experience
and even this matter of complaint I started through the Revdex.com and let anyone who
read this record to be the judge if I am justified or not..

I have used [redacted] products for the past year. Only recently did I experience two separate issues that compelled me to share my experience with others regarding this company.
The first issue occurred on a paid order's shipment by [redacted]. Henna [redacted] shipped the product but it never arrived. Utilizing [redacted]'s website I noted that the item had reached a [redacted] hub and then had travelled no farther. I notified [redacted] of the issue. I also notified Henna [redacted] of the shipment issue from their business and asked for their assistance. Thirty days without delivery passed. I requested Henna [redacted] either contact [redacted] also or that the company refund my payment. Henna [redacted] never replied to any of my several inquiries. After forty five days [redacted] finally delivered the item. It normally should have taken only three days at most since I live in Houston, Texas and Henna [redacted] is located in Spring, Texas just to the north of Houston. Henna [redacted] never responded to my inquiries which leaves me to conclude that the company is not concerned with customer service and will not support customers if an issue arises.
The second issue occurred when I purchased a theee-pack bundle of Burgundy hair and beard dye. Burgundy is the color I have purchased for the past year from [redacted]. The dye in its dry powder form appears olive-colored.
The three-pack bundle arrived happily without incident. Upon opening one of the packages I noticed the contents color was not the usual olive but instead appeared to be a yellowish red.
I utilized the newly opened batch of dye as instructed. The color campout slightly different than with prior batches, being somewhat more reddish. I speculated that the formulation of the dye had changed as reflected by the different color of the powdered dye.
The day following dyeing my beard and hair I noticed a reddening of my skin and itching where the dye had been applied indicating an allergic reaction. This had never occurred with prior batches of the burgundy dye.
On the fourth day after application the reddening and itchiness had subsided but was still present. Henna [redacted] claims that their dyes are made with all natural organic materials contain no PPD or metallic salts. However, something had=s changed with the formulation in my latest shipment. [redacted] packing states that the product is made in India and imported by [redacted]. It seems that the Indian producer has added one or more ingredients that were not contained in my prior batches of this product resulting in an allergic reaction in the areas to which the product was applied.
Henna [redacted] does not appear to stand behind its products nor respond to customer inquires. I would recommend being very cautious of doing business with this company.
