Review: to start with my name is [redacted] a am the power of attorney for my mother [redacted] .we have called and called them because they did the job unsatisfactory for they said they would run the water off the driveway but now it stands at the den door more than it ever has. they said it would run in the yard but with just a small rain it just puddles at the door so with a hard rain it would pour in the door. and they did not pack it down so with the first snow or freeze it will pop the gravel out and crack like a spider web. all I want is it done the way it is supposed to be. they also done her neighbor and his is worse than hers and he can not get no response from them either.Desired Settlement: for them to come back and do the job that I paid for. $1400.00 does not come easy for a 76 year old woman. they charged her neighbor $2000.00 so that is $3400.00 for a job that wont last thru the winter

The driveway at [redacted]. Was a cap job new asphalt paving was placed overtop the old. The area in question was cut out and refilled anew up to the level of the original asphalt pavement. A&L Paving, another local paving crew was sent to inspect the condition of the asphalt and found it to be satisfactory. The job and or customer has a one year guaranty there for if it does crack or pull up during this coming winter? The customer would be well in there rites to have it fixed. John MooneyMooney Paving

For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.there has no business come and look at the job. you can not do a drive by and see the problem so let someone pull in driveway and look it over up next to the house.
