I am replying to the letter of March 18, on complaint # [redacted] Ms [redacted] moved into the residence on December 1, At this time, the Restaurant/Bar was closed and it did not open until March 11, Therefore, the Restaurant/Bar could not have used any electricity during this time However, she was keeping her thermostat set at degreesAlso, during this time, everyone's electric bill was high due to the increase of rates from the Electric Company and weather conditionsIt would cost us Thousands of dollars to renovate the wiring to this unitWhich is not cost effective for our businessWe have tried to make an agreement with Ms [redacted] on numerous occasionsIf she would agree to $per month, we would pay the additional moniesHowever, we are not responsible for any monies before March 11, We would like this to be negotiable with the seasonsDuring the months, the Restaurant/Bar is closed November - March, we are not responsible for any electricitySincerely, Moonies Resort [redacted] ***

I am replying to the letter of March 18, 2016 on complaint #[redacted]. Ms. [redacted] moved into the residence on December 1, 2015. At this time, the Restaurant/Bar was closed and it did not open until March 11, 2016. Therefore, the Restaurant/Bar could not have used any electricity during this time....

However, she was keeping her thermostat set at 85 degrees. Also, during this time, everyone's electric bill was high due to the increase of rates from the Electric Company and weather conditions. It would cost us Thousands of dollars to renovate the wiring to this unit. Which is not cost effective for our business. We have tried to make an agreement with Ms. [redacted] on numerous occasions. If she would agree to $150 per month, we would pay the additional monies. However, we are not responsible for any monies before March 11, 2016. We would like this to be negotiable with the seasons.
