This was sold to a widow on a fixed income. She was not advised that this would not work for her home. She was not given any type of receipt advising her that there would be no refunds. This was a situation in which a recently widowed woman whom never had to handle things like this before was taken advantage of. The business admitted in the response that she stated that she knew nothing about such things. A reputable business would refund her money.
