In response to the latest concern: The letter sent out to [redacted] stated that all fee's were being waived up until point of verification of the letter, her property was not stolen, it was abandoned at a hotel and was requested to bepicked up by hotel management no different than a car being abandoned and being impounded by police, a tow company etcMany months later she finally called my office at 8:30pmI spoke to her briefly but asked her to call back during office hoursShe has not, I attempted to call her few times, with no responseA registered letter was sent out (which we sent after the Revdex.com gave us her address) telling her to call our office to arrange pick up of property, which she has notWe have waived all fee's up until she received letter from usAll laws have been followed, all attempts to resolve this matter have been exhaustedIf she will not call office or pick up phone nothing more we can doThank you Stephanie [redacted] Co owner
