the owner of this business, I have ordered from her before and things went fine. This past week I ordered a necklace and she kept saying she would bring it to me we’ll days and day kept going by so I got frustrated and asked for my money back she laughed at me a blocked me on all forms of social media and my phone number. She is also posting about me all over Facebook and other socials so I just would not go here or trust this business, I’d like to add she is a “recovering” addict so I’m sure that’s why I didn’t get my money back
To Whom It May Concern*** is *** pseudonym for her line of work. This can be confirmed by her social media accounts. She requested a refund on 2/20/2020 and received it the same day via *** despite "no refunds" being clearly written on my website. I blocked her shortly after refunding her money for personal reasons. She got angry about this and began spreading lies about myself personally and my business alongside threatening my life with, telling me to commit suicide etc. I have email documentation of my conversations with the *** County Sheriff in regards to this matter and proof of her threatening me.
