Moon's Towing

Review: I am trying to get my daughters car out of pound, I called Moon's Towing, I asked for step by step instructions to get the car out of pound due to the fact that my daughter is incarcerated. The vehicle was impounded due to no insurance. I have done everything that the state of La. had required me to do including paying fines and securing auto insurance. I also have a letter from OMV stating authorization to release vehicle. I had to take money out of my savings to pay Moon's Towing this took time,when I arrived at Moon's on Friday 8-30-2013 I was told that I needed a letter, I provided a letter from my daughter at that time. I was told by Moon's employee, oh no your daughter needs to send a letter directly to Moon's from the prison. At that point I stated why was I not told this from the beginning, the cost of fees at Moon's Towing continue to mount, I made contact with my daughter on Monday 9-2-2013 to have her send letter directly to Moon's which she sent the very next morning. I have called the past two days to check on receipt of letter. At this point in time I have no more money to pay for new charges. I feel that this is a underhanded tactic to pad their bill.Desired Settlement: I feel that I should have been given vehicle on 8-30-2013 for the amount of $1,130.68 as I had all documentation that I was asked to provide.
