A $500 deposit was paid to the owner of 'Moonshine Babies & Cockapoos' - Rebecca G for the adoption of a puppy. The puppy died days after birth and I was promised a refund of the deposit. I have tried several times to communicate with Ms. G but each time she presents a 'reason' she is unable to provide a refund.
