Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:Although I appreciate that company owner is taking responsibility and reaching out to his delivery service for assistance.? We have a consumer contract that is still outstanding:1.? I, the customer,? paid in good faith for Moonshine Distiller Incto package and deliver a New condition, beer fermenter to my friends address.2.? Moonshine Distiller inc, the vendor, accepted my payment.? 3.? What was received was a defective Beer Fermenter that was unable to hold water, was dented, and scratched.? 4.? The Vender was notified of the issues in a timely manner and now almost a year later has still failed to make it right.? I do appreciate that he is working with his delivery service for what might be their negligence, however I have neither been compensated for nor received an acceptable working fermenter from Moonshine Distiller.? If the vendor's delivery method is at fault I should not as the consumer be held in financial limbo while he works out his delivery service issues.? He has failed to deliver a working fermentor and has failed to deliver a refund or replacement.? *This is ignoring the fact that multiple calls from myself and my credit card went unresponded to by Moonshine Distiller Incover the course of the last six months.? All that I want is to be made whole and go our separate ways.? The only acceptable outcome is a full refund for the original paid amount to Moonshine Distiller Inc.? I am still being held financially responsible for the Vendor and his choice of delivery service, which is not acceptable.? The outcome of the delivery dispute has no bearing on the fact that Moonshine Distiller Inc has not lived up to our agreed upon consumer contract.? All I am asking for is a full refund.? Regards, [redacted] ?

Really horrible business and ownerThe owner, Jeff R., asked me for advice about manufacturing copper productsAfter offering him friendly advice, he then proceeded to copy my products and sell his generic copies under my branded product listings on AmazonHe continues to undercut my pricing to take away sales and lies to his customers by selling low quality copies of branded productsDo not trust this man or his products!

I am rejecting this response because:
Although I appreciate that company owner is taking responsibility and reaching out to his delivery service for assistance.  We have a consumer contract that is still outstanding:
1.  I, the customer, paid in good faith for Moonshine Distiller Inc. to package and deliver a New condition, beer fermenter to my friends address.
2.  Moonshine Distiller inc, the vendor, accepted my payment.
3.  What was received was a defective Beer Fermenter that was unable to hold water, was dented, and scratched.
4.  The Vender was notified of the issues in a timely manner and now almost a year later has still failed to make it right.  I do appreciate that he is working with his delivery service for what might be their negligence, however I have neither been compensated for nor received an acceptable working fermenter from Moonshine Distiller.  If the vendor's delivery method is at fault I should not as the consumer be held in financial limbo while he works out his delivery service issues.  He has failed to deliver a working fermentor and has failed to deliver a refund or replacement.
*This is ignoring the fact that multiple calls from myself and my credit card went unresponded to by Moonshine Distiller Inc. over the course of the last six months.  All that I want is to be made whole and go our separate ways.
The only acceptable outcome is a full refund for the original paid amount to Moonshine Distiller Inc.  I am still being held financially responsible for the Vendor and his choice of delivery service, which is not acceptable.  The outcome of the delivery dispute has no bearing on the fact that Moonshine Distiller Inc has not lived up to our agreed upon consumer contract.  All I am asking for is a full refund.
