Dear Sir, I’m writing to you in regards to the case I.D# *** about the property damage at the *** *** residence. The customer’s response is a complete lie to what actually happened because as we stated earlier on our response that we were assigned the claim for the three appliances and we checked all three appliances on 08/08/which upon authorization from the warranty company only the refrigerator was addressed and the claims for the dishwasher and washing machine were denied, since the customer is saying that they were able to turn the dishwasher on is because the switch was shorted out and we replaced the switch out of our pocket which we were not paid for since the warranty denied the claim.Once the technician was able to turn the dishwasher onHe ran the dishwasher and found that the dishwasher was leaking from the motor and the motor needed to be replacedSo he advised the person who was there at the property at the time of service to not to use the dishwasher since it needed a new part and turned the water off to the dishwasherNow since the customer is completely denying signing the work order from Moonstar appliance, then I believe that she wasn’t there at the property when the technician arrived for the service and whoever was standing in place of her to let our technician into the property was advised by the technician not to turn the dishwasher on since it had a leak in it and if they tried the dishwasher after the technician left the property then its not our technician’s fault since he told the person present not to use the dishwasherAs for such incidents we have a waiver on our invoice which we ask the customer to sign in order to avoid any claims on us which may have been caused due to a pre-existing issue, but in this incident we caught the leak right away and turn the dishwasher off and the water to the dishwasher was also turned off by our technicianNow we have had customers who wouldn’t sign their original signatures on to the work order for some reason but we cannot ask the customer to show a legal document to match the signature because it’ll be deemed rude on our behalf. Now as per customer we didn’t make any effort to resolve the issue for the customer that is complete lie, as we tried twice to go back to the property but the homeowner wouldn’t be available and wanted us to come out to the property after p.mAnd service time is only until p.mfor BRISTOW.We made every possible effort for us to resolve the issue but the homeowner didn’t co-operate with us and since the claim was denied by the warranty company we were not responsible for repairing the dishwasher.Regards,Sagheer * B***

I am rejecting this response because:I went onto Virginia's DOL website to find the necessary licenses obtained by this businessI found NONEBusiness owner needs to stop lying and not be concerned with how people conduct their "personal" businessThis discussion is on his business conduct and his filthy attitude towards customers (no wonder his business is rated no more than a star on various websites around the internetBEWARE folks! This guy is a cheat and will lie to you to rip you of! No one at my house tried to influence the tech to provide informationAs a pathological liar (apparent by many other reviews online of him and his business), he is lying againThe truth is, I had to teach his tech to open the glass top and I had to teach him on how to turn the burners onLet's not forget that he tells you about his time of arrival being to minutes and shows up 4hours laterOh did I mention that he tries to tell you to not report anything to insurance but rather just pay him in cash (again to avoid paying taxes) and it's a way he overcharges you as wellDid I mention why this guy provides information to your insurance company? I will tell you whyEvery time an electrical company diagnosis a problem and have to replace a part or order a new item, their points are deductedAfter a certain amount of point deduction, insurance companies will stop doing business with an electrical companyI do not owe anything to this liar (warranty company confirmed that via call)I am not making up stories and would never waste time on the likes of this cheatI am only expressing concern and facts for others to see so that they are not ripped off by this guyAgain, this guy doesn't have any licenses (for a contractor or as an electrician) as VERIFIED by Virginia's DOL websiteI REPEAT, DO NOT ENGAGE IN ANY BUSINESS ACTIVITY WITH THIS CHEAT!!! YOU WILL REGRET IT! HE DOESN'T KNOW WHAT HE IS DOING, CHEATS ON HIS TAXES, TRIES TO RIP YOU OFF AND GIVES INFORMATION TO YOUR INSURANCE BECAUSE HIS POINTS ARE DECREASED

needed to inform the warranty *** about it which upon Authorization they denied the claim for the missing part so we informed the homeownerHomeowner claimed it was not making any noise prior to replacing the part so after reviewing the claim our manager offered the homeowner to go back and fix whatever issue he had with washer and we even offered to put the missing part for no extra cost but the homeowner didn't take up on our offer and went with the different vendor who may have fixed the issue for himBut we did offer our service for the repair with out any further cost.Thank YouSagheer * B

Date: Wed, Nov 1, at 10:AMSubject: Re: *** *** Complaint (***)To: *** *** Revdex.comK StNW, 10th FloorWashington, DC 20005-USA Revdex.com Claim I.D.# ***AHS Claim # *** I’m writing in regards to the
complaint filed at the RevDex.com against Moonstar Appliance Llc, regarding a secondary damage caused after the fixing the dishwasher for the home owner on 10/02/2017.Initially we went to the customer’s house on 09/23/to diagnose the issue with the dishwasherUpon arrival homeowner told the tech that the dishwasher had flooded their kitchen and they turned the water supply off to the dishwasher since the water inlet valve on the dishwasher had failed so the tech told the homeowner that we will order the part and come back when we have it and didn’t touch the supply valve at all and left the houseSo after a week or so on 10/02/we returned to the homeowner’s house to install the inlet valve in the dishwasher and asked the homeowner to turn the main water supply to the house off so we could install the inlet valve to avoid any water spillage which we installed and then the homeowner restored the water supply to the dishwasherWe only worked under the dishwasher which has no plumbing connection under it only the water supply line which comes from under the sink and we never touched that supply valve since we told the homeowner to turn off the main supply to the houseAfter about days or so homeowner called us that the she has had a leak in her basement because one of the plumbing pipes in the basement had busted openWe want to inform you that we only worked in the kitchen and never went down in the basement or touched any other plumbing pipe in the house apart from installing the new water inlet valve in the dishwasher and that connection is perfectly fine and they had the leak somewhere in the basement pipesThe homeowner is making claims against our establishmentFurther we went back to check the damage the homeowner was claiming against us and the manager upon assessment explained everything to the homeowner and said the damage is not due to what we did to fix the dishwasher, she understood that but said that well someone has to pay for my damageWell we don’t want to be responsible for anything which is not our fault at all. Thank YouSagheer B

[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the response. If no reason is received your complaint will be closed as Answered] Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because:I would really like to get this resolved, but it seems the business does not want to accept any responsibility in this matter.I am not lying about any part of my statement. The warranty company did assign three different work orders for three different appliances to Moonstar, and I have 3 different work order numbers for each from the warranty company. I am not disputing that the business did not look at the three appliances at some point. None of that is an issue and has nothing to do with this complaint. I did pay an 85.00 deductible for each appliance/work order, so I know it was not under one claim. Totaling 255.00. What I am disputing are these things:1. The dishwasher was never ran before or after the technician ran the dishwasher. The dishwasher was ran one time only, by Moonstars technician.2. Technician did not discover the leak right away and turn the dishwasher off. I am the person who discovered the leak after the technician left. 3. Moonstar made a time to come by and look at the damage and did not show after we waited all day on a Saturday for them. After that we tried to reschedule so not to miss work, and Moonstar stopped answering our phone calls once we started asking for their insurance information and they refused to provide it.4. I was the person there with the technician, and up until seeing the scanned document they attached in their last response I had no idea my signature of forged. That is not my hand writing, and I signed other forms with their company for the other appliances, so why wouldn't I have signed this one?5. Thank you for admitting the dishwasher did not work prior to your visit because the switch did not work, therefor the damage could not have been pre existing. This is simple, mistakes happen, this is what insurance is for. I do not understand why Moonstar will not do what it takes to make a technicians mistake right for their customer. It honestly sounds as if the technician is not being honest to the person that is responding to this complaint and trying to cover up their mistake. It simply is not a good way of doing business and this complaint should still stand, since even through this communication Moonstar has still not offered in any way to make this right. Regards,[redacted]

she need to understand it was not cover by  a h s  and a h s not paying for that if you insurance not paying  for some thing we do not fix unless you pay from your packet  but only for you we say we will install the part for free  even its not cover by your insurance we are fix your washer for free we will not get any money from your insurance ------------------------ thanks

I’m writing in regards to the complaint I.D. #  [redacted] which was filed against us for a warranty claim through [redacted] Warranty for three appliances i.e. Refrigerator, washing machine and  the dishwasher. Our technician went out to the property to diagnose the problem with...

the appliances. Upon arrival our technician informed  the home owner that he would have to run the appliances in order to diagnose the issues with the appliances if there were any issues prior to the diagnosis will be addressed after the approval from the warranty company.Dishwasher:                 Technician started the dishwasher to diagnose it and it started leaking so the tech turned the water to the dishwasher off right away to avoid any kind of damage and advised the homeowner not to use the dishwasher until fixed. The unit was already leaking when the tech diagnosed the issue and we actually turned water off in order to avoid further leakage. Dishwasher had already been opened by someone else prior to our arrival and upon approval when we informed the warranty company about the situation they denied the claim for the dishwasher since they recently purchased the warranty and they deemed the issue pre-existing.Washing Machine: Technician diagnosed the washing machine and found a leak in and since the unit was already worked on by somebody else other than the warranty hired technician washing machine claim was denied as well. We turned the water off to the unit as well to avoid any flooding.Refrigerator:  Refrigerator was not defrosting and the issue was addressed by the warranty so we went ahead and fixed the problem with the refrigerator. Now the customer is complaining about the damage caused by the leak in the dishwasher which was already happening prior to our arrival and damage may have happened before we went out to the property, however our technician was the one who stopped the water supply to the dishwasher now I don’t understand since the water was turned off to the unit how come the leak happened after the technician left the property and the warranty denied the claim. When the homeowner called us back regarding the leak we did offer them to go back to the property in order to access the damage and they missed the appointment 2 times. Although the claim was denied so we were not obliged to go back to the property but we still did agree to go back and check the damage. I am also attaching the copy of the  invoice where  homeowner clearly signed the waiver states that incase of any damage while diagnosis MOONSTAR APPLIANCE LLC is not liable. For any future correspondence please use the following address:Moonstar Appliance LLC4973 Manor House CtWoodbridge VA 22193RegardsSagheer * B[redacted]

Date: Tue, Mar 20, 2018 at 11:02 AMSubject: Complaint I.D. # [redacted]To: [redacted] <[redacted]@myRevdex.com.org>We are writing in regards to the complaint # [redacted] which [redacted] against out establishment Moonstar Appliance Llc . which is a registered company with the Virginia State...

Coperation.[redacted] is alleging our establishment in the complaint filed in your office that we are operating in the state of Virginia illegally whereas we have obtained all the necessary licenses required for our field of trade by the state of Virginia and we file all our taxes every year. It seems like [redacted] presumes like everybody conduct business just like he may be conducting his own business.Originally we went to [redacted]’ Property located at:[redacted]Springfield, VA [redacted]To inspect their electric cooktop in the kitchen through their home warranty company [redacted]. Upon arrival the tech inspected the cooktop and found that all the burners of the cooktop were working fine but the Glass Top of the cooktop was broken which the tech told the homeowner that we will inform your warranty company about the broken glass and he tried to influence the tech by speaking in the common native language which the tech could speak that just lie to the warranty company that it’s normal wear and tear, which clearly it was not. And when we reported the failure to the warranty they denied the claim since his contract didn’t cover any kind damage to the glass of the cooktop. So the homeowner paid out of pocket to some other company and had the glass replaced. And then the homeowner place the recall on the same unit on 01/06/2018 which we went to inspect and found that 2 rear burners were not working, so the tech told the homeowner that we would inform the warranty about the current failure and if the parts are covered by the warranty then we will order the required parts to fix the current issue. Upon approval from the warranty they asked us if the burners were broken on the first visit so we told them the burners were fine before the glass top was replaced and the warranty company denied the claim for the burners since the glass top was replaced by a different company and they may have damaged the burners while fixing the glass top and the homeowner still owes us the visit fee of $50 for the second visit. Now since the homeowner was denied the claim by the warranty company per their coverage limits, he is venting all his frustration against Moonstar Appliance Llc, which not right for our establishment and he giving a bad name to our establishment on all online consumer forums and harming our ratings. Also spreading false information about our company like we are operating illegally whereas we have obtained all the necessary licenses and the insurances required for our trade.

Date: Tue, Mar 20, 2018 at 10:57 AMSubject: Complaint I.D. # [redacted]To: [redacted] <[redacted]@myRevdex.com.org>Complainant : [redacted] This customer had a leak in her washing machine so we went out there to diagnose the problem and found out that the washing needed new water inlet valves...

so we filed the claim with the [redacted] and informed them about the parts required to fix the washer. After a week or so customer called us back about ETA of the parts we told her parts were not delivered yet so she a called back after a week again we told here we have only received one part and still waiting on the other part which was back ordered with [redacted] parts supplier. But the customer was getting agitated with the situation so we went ahead and bought the part out of our own expense and  installed in the washer and we weren't even paid for the part by [redacted]. And if you still check the part status with the order number it still shows its back ordered and we are still waiting for the part. I think we did what we could in our limited budget to resolve the issue for the homeowner.Thank YouSagheer  B
