I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowRegards, [redacted] Please trust me when I sat nothing red has come into contact with the couchIf MrMooradians had read the complaint, he would have seen I tried to hire a professional cleanerThe owner of [redacted] came to my houseHe could not clean the couchHe said it was discoloredHe tried cleaning a small area to show me how it wouldn't clean He suggested I call Mooradians(which I had already tried)He felt that they should make it right When I purchased the couch, the salesperson, Marie, assured me several times that the couch would come clean by simply wiping itObviously, she was wrong, or misrepresentedI also purchased an extended warranty that I was told does not apply to this situation I have an expensive couch, purchased from Mooradians, that is discolored and cannot be cleanedIt seems that Mooradians is trying to blame me for the what happened to the couchI have not done anything to cause the discoloration, which continues to worsen Thank you, [redacted]

tried to hire a professional cleaner. The owner of [redacted] [redacted] came to my house. He could not clean the couch. He said it
was discolored. He tried cleaning a small area to show me how it
