I had a technician come over to refill r22 because I have pinhole leak, which I am aware of. I plan to replace system next year around tax I just need this system to last until then. I asked about a faulty high pressure switch. The pressure switch gets stuck and works with a slight tap, i'm talking a pinky tap. The technician told me the problem was the outdoor compressor fan was the cause and he would replace it for 375, which I said I would have to get back to him on that repair after payday and would only like like freon refilled. This apparently upset the technician as he went to his truck and came back with a bill for only his service fee. I asked if he was going to still refill my freon, he said "oh yes of course". I'm not a mind reader but he was obviously upset over turning down the compressor fan replacement. he refilled 2lbs of r22 at his quoted price of 60$ a lb. so intended service was fine but him telling me the pressure switch was caused by the compressor fan which works fine was an obvious lie and attempt at fishing for a needless repair. The high pressure switch could not possible be affected by a faulty compressor fan since it sends power to the fan. The way he said it was smooth and sounded reasonably but which was an obvious lie which a layman would have believed and paid for a unnecessary repair.

[redacted] and his team, [redacted] and [redacted], were amazing. They were so friendly and helpful. Our A/C stopped working and we decided to replace it. We were going out of town and needed it fixed before we left. Moore Air was able to fix it within the time frame that we needed. We would highly recommend them.

I originally located Moore Air after seeing the referral on KLOVE. I had a fan installed for only $290 new, when my previous A/C guy had charged me $800 for a used one previously (and he was a friend of a friend). I prefer to have Christian contractors and Steve and his employees are very kind, friendly, skilled and professional. This was my second call to them and was informed I could replace the compressor or opt for a new unit. Since my unit is over 15 years old and I have replaced to fan motors and now this, I opted for a new one with 10 years warranty on parts. I couldn't believe the price was so low which included a crane, stand, and a climb to my second story. I am so thankful I found Moore. My son and his wife had their AC replaced by Moore, too, and were very pleased with the price and especially the workers. I thank God when I find such people, and KLOVE, thank you, too.

Horrible service and over priced! Please do yourself a favor and don't waste your time with this company.

I have a heating problem with the Ac/Heating system, installed by Moore AC on the house I rent. I have gone through my property management company to resolve the issued. I was given [redacted] phone number as well as [redacted] was given my phone number. This problem has been on going since November 18, 2014. I spoke to [redacted] one time and relied what the system was doing, he told me that the system has a "heat pump" and if the outside temp drops below a certain temp then the heat pump freezes up and will not work until the outside temp warms up. He told me I was basically out of luck for any type of heat as long as it was so cold outside. I relied this information to my property management and asked for a course of action to fix this problem. After several emails from both the property management as well as the owner of the property, telling [redacted] to contact me to schedule an appointment to remedy the situation he finally did at 7 pm on a Sunday night, wanting to schedule an appointment to check out the system. Once I told him I worked during the week his said "well then, what's the system doing". After attempting to inform [redacted] as to what the system was not doing the phone call was disconnected. I attempted to call [redacted] back, the call went straight to voice mail and he did not attempt to call me back.
My property management and the owner of the home has employed a different AC person to check on the system.

My name is, [redacted] I contacted Moore Air,for problem a another a/c technician could not repair after 6 days of troubleshooting. [redacted], responded within 2 hours, troubleshot, analyzed the problem, and gave me generous quote for a new installation. I agreed and Moore Air, installed a new [redacted] - ton rooftop unit, onto my residence and had air conditioning operating in approximately 3 hours and all within 1 day. I was so pleased, that I've recommended Moore Air, to countless friends, my church congregation, and whoever is looking for quality,quick, and affordable service. I applaud, Moore Air and as a believer may God bless [redacted]!

I have to say Steven M[redacted] is an A/C Craftsman. He installed a 14.5 SEER, 3 ton, Amana (Goodman made in USA) split system that is absolutely awesome. I have about 1,400 square foot single store home. Budget billing set up with SRP for less than $100.00 per month. Highest bill last year was $180.00 in July. Set temp at 84 when away and 80 when we are home. Awesome product, insulation, and service at a very fair price. Kudos Mr. M[redacted]!
